今天突然发现数据库,报如下错误

  1. 2016-02-15 10:02:51 7f53d051a700 InnoDB: Error: Table "mysql"."innodb_table_stats" not found.

  2. 2016-02-15 10:02:51 7f53d051a700 InnoDB: Error: Fetch of persistent statistics requested for table "shboc"."uum_userinfo_handle"

  3. but the required system tables mysql.innodb_table_stats and mysql.innodb_index_stats are not present or have unexpected structure. Using transient stats instead.

解决办法:
Basically, these created for you when you directly install MySQL 5.6. Apparently, upgrading from MySQL 5.5 does not include making these 5 tables available when going to MySQL 5.6. Here are the scripts to make them:

USE mysql

CREATE TABLE `innodb_index_stats` (
  `database_name` varchar(64) COLLATE utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  `table_name` varchar(64) COLLATE utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  `index_name` varchar(64) COLLATE utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  `last_update` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
  `stat_name` varchar(64) COLLATE utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  `stat_value` bigint(20) unsigned NOT NULL,
  `sample_size` bigint(20) unsigned DEFAULT NULL,
  `stat_description` varchar(1024) COLLATE utf8_bin NOT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY (`database_name`,`table_name`,`index_name`,`stat_name`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_bin STATS_PERSISTENT=0;

或者在装有mysql 5.6版本的数据库服务器上,用mysqldump的方式安装这五张表
INNODB_TABLES="innodb_index_stats"
INNODB_TABLES="${INNODB_TABLES} innodb_table_stats"
INNODB_TABLES="${INNODB_TABLES} slave_master_info"
INNODB_TABLES="${INNODB_TABLES} slave_relay_log_info"
INNODB_TABLES="${INNODB_TABLES} slave_worker_info"
mysqldump -uroot mysql ${INNODB_TABLES} > InnoDB_MySQL_Tables.sql
